Carbide Heaters

Our range of carbide heaters are one of the earliest heating element designs, the enlarged cold ends of the Dumbbell style element were originally made over sized to increase cold end cross section, lowering electrical resistance, thereby lowering cold end operating temperature. Modern Dumbbell Alpha Rod by contrast, employ an advanced technology to keep the terminal ends cool by virtue of the decreased resistivity of the lower resistance cold end material used in the manufacturing process. Oversize cold ends are therefore no longer necessary. Old style resistance ratio was 1:3, whereas the new DB resistance ratio is 1:15. Maximum temperature is 1425°C (2600°F)

Ceramic Infrared Heaters

Our infrared heaters produce maximum output in form of heat energy. They are constructed by a firmly burnt-in heating coil. As the coil is embedded in ceramic material, it can be installed in any possible position. The heater incorporates highly heatproof resistance wire that provides safety against any damage. The material used for the production do not oxidize therefore the surface always remains clean and do not wear out. Longer service life is achieved since the resistance of the heaters is made to remain constant over the whole temperature range. Our heaters are available in two standard models. These heaters are widely used in thermoforming & vacuum forming machines and in shrink packaging.

Flame Proof Heaters

These heaters are designed and manufactured in both standard and customized form to meet the various requirements of our clients.

Short Wave Infrared Heaters

Our short wave infrared heaters are available in different lengths from 5" to 30" or as per customer specifications. It transmits heat in the form of electromagnetic waves at a velocity of approximately 3,00,000 Km/Sec i.e., at the speed of light. These heaters are not only the fastest in transmitting heat but are most suitable for specific applications involving vacuum technology and dust free conditions.
In these heaters heating is done by radiation, this eliminates loss of energy used for heating media and heat loss due to convection. Here the infrared waves penetrate the material, on which it falls and delivers the heat directly to that material.
